Additional Resource Person (ARP): #The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and 3. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP): 3The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Assistant Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University. |

1. Academic Resource Person (ARP): Preferred: minimum of one-year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools. #Note: If it is a graduate with a diploma - at least 5 years of teaching/counseling experience. If Master's, 1 year of relevant experience. 2. Additional Resource Person (ARP): Preference: a. Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority. # The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number. # Candidates must have Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP. 3. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP): Preference: a. Candidates have working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP. b. Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority. # The candidate must have special qualification like 1 (One) Yr. Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number. |

The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age
as on 01-01-2024. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents. |
