1. Super Specialist Medical Officers: MBBS/Post Graduate/Diploma and must have permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council
2. Specialist Medical Officers: Post Graduate/Diploma
3. Medical Officers: A recognized medical qualification of allopathic of Medicines.

1. Super Specialist Medical Officers: Maximum Age 50 years
2. Specialist Medical Officers: Maximum Age 40 years

3. Civilian Central Government Servants: 5 years
4. Medical Graduates who joined Army Medical Corps: 5 Years
