Eligibility Criteria
1. Research Assistant (RA) : PhD/MPhil/ Post Graduate in Social Science Discipline with minimum 55% from recognised University/ Institutions.
2. Field Investigator (FI) : Post Graduate in Social Science Discipline (55% minimum) from recognised University/ Institutions.
Desirable Qualification
1. Research Assistant (RA) : Good knowledge of MS-Excel, Stata/ SPSS packages and Research Experience (Publication) in Social Science Discipline; Knowledge of holding/ arranging meetings, seminars etc.
2. Field Investigator (FI) : Knowledge of multiple languages; Willingness to travel across North East India and Abroad; having valid Indian Passport and AADHAR card.
Duration
1. Research Assistant (RA) : Initially for a period of 05 (Five) Months (may be extended based on the ICSSR) extension approval)
2. Field Investigator (FI) : Initially for a period of 04 (Four) Months (may be extended based on the ICSSR) extension approval)
Age Limit
1. Research Assistant (RA) : 21-37 years
2. Field Investigator (FI) : 21-37 years
Age Relaxation
Upper age limit relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate as per Govt. Rule
Monthly Emoluments 1. Research Assistant (RA) : Rs.37,000/- per month (Consolidated)
2. Field Investigator (FI) : Rs.20,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Selection Process Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and details of the interview will be intimated personally through email and mobile phone.

1. Preference shall be given to those having working experience.
2. The Project Director reserves the right to terminate/discontinue the selected candidate whenever they seem unsatisfactory.
