1. Process Server :
1) Applicant must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. 2) Applicant must have knowledge in official language of Assam. 2. Peon : Applicant must be Class HSLC passed. Those who have passed HSSLC or Class XII or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply. 3. Cleaner (erstwhile Sweeper) : Applicant must be Class-VIII passed. |

1. The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials regarding Educational qualification, Experience certificate (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, along with 03 (three) recent passport size coloured photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, D.C. Court Building, P.S. & P.O. Dhubri, PIN 783301.
2. The candidates can submit their applications through post or directly in the “Drop Box” of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
3. Candidate must provide their email address and mobile phone number in the application form, without fail.
4. The candidate applying for the post of Peon have to furnish a self-declaration certificate along with his/her application form mentioning that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or Class XII or Equivalent examination or above”.
5. The envelope containing the application form should mention the name of the post applied for indicating “Application for the post of Process Server/Peon/Cleaner” super-scribed on the top of the envelope.
