1. Skill Project Manager -Social Mobilization & Capacity Building: Post Graduate degree in Sociology/ Anthropology / MSW/ Psychology from a recognized university 2. Skill Project Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation: Post Graduate and MBA from recognized university 3. Skill Project Manager – Placement & Post Placement Tracking: Post Graduate degree in Human Resources/ MBA (HR) from a recognized university 4. Skill Project Manager – Human Resource & Administration: Post Graduate degree in Human Resource/ MBA (HR) from recognized university 5. District Project Manager – Training: MBA/PGDM/MSW/PGD in Rural Development/Management/MA- Sociology/BE/ B. Tech along |

1. Skill Project Manager -Social Mobilization & Capacity Building: minimum of 7 years experience in a relevant field 2. Skill Project Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation: minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field 3. Skill Project Manager – Placement & Post Placement Tracking: minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field 4. Skill Project Manager – Human Resource & Administration: minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field 5. District Project Manager – Training: minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring Quality Assurance and Evaluation of Training Delivery, experience in institutions like ITI/TSPs/Polytechnic will be preferable, etc. |
